Welcome to the Lowell Observatory Lodging Reservations page for astronomers and scientists at our partner institutions. To make a reservation less than 3 business days ahead of your stay, please submit the reservation form below, and then send a separate email to the reservationist (reservations@lowell.edu) to confirm receipt.

*Note: Lowell Observatory does not provide lodging for guests of our public program on Mars Hill; please book your accommodations at one of the observatory’s partner hotels.

LDT Giovale-Millis Lodge - $70.00 per night

There will no longer be keys associated with lodging. You will be issued an access number specific to your stay that will be used to access the keyless entry system for the building and room of your lodging. This access code will be provided in the PayPal invoice you will receive.

*Telescope keys – Keys for the LDT will be in your room at the GM lodge. Please contact Amanda Bosh (abosh@lowell.edu) for all other telescope keys.

*You will receive an invoice from Paypal as confirmation of your reservation. Please allow the reservationist 1-3 business days to process your request. If you have not received confirmation by the end of the third business day, please reach out.
