Join us for an exclusive member event to view the Perseid meteor shower at Lowell Observatory!
Check-in at the Steele Visitor Center. Bring chairs or blankets to get comfortable while viewing the night sky (limited seating will be provided).
Bonus! The Giovale Open Deck Observatory (GODO) will be open for telescope viewing. Saturn and Jupiter will be on display that evening!
Use your membership number or email membership@lowell.edu to RSVP. Space is limited.
If you RSVP and the weather looks unsuitable, we will email you on the evening of August 11th to let you know the event will be canceled.
Mask Policy:
- Masks required indoors for both unvaccinated and vaccinated individuals (this includes children 2 and over)
- Masks are not required outside
