Shih-Yun Tang is a graduate student from Taiwan studying at the Northern Arizona University (NAU) and working with Dr. Lisa Prato at the Lowell Observatory on using NIR and optical spectra to search for the youngest exoplanets around T Tauri stars. He is also working with Professor Tyler Robinson at NAU to model ultracool objects’ atmosphere using the 1D radiative-convective model.
